10.1 Eligibility for Free Trial: The free trial is available to new users who have not previously subscribed to FireCut or participated in a free trial. Current or past subscribers are not eligible for an additional free trial period.
10.2 Limitation of Free Trial: Each user is entitled to only one free trial period. Creating multiple accounts with the intention of accessing additional free trial periods is strictly prohibited.
10.3 Violation of Free Trial Policy: If a user is found to have created multiple accounts to access additional free trials, this will be deemed a violation of these terms and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and a permanent suspension from the FireCut service.

As a User, by continuing with our services, you affirm that you have thoroughly read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Further, if you share or use a referral code, you also agree to have thoroughly read, understood and agreed to the Terms for the Referral Program, and if you purchase a Lifetime license, you also agree to have thoroughly read, understood and agreed to the Terms for Lifetime Licenses.
