BIG update for Create Highlights

• Highlight duration: Control how long the highlights should be... e.g. 30-60s for TT/IG, and 5-10s for intro for a YouTube video, etc.

• Highlight frequency: Control how many highlights are found (approx.)

• Enhanced accuracy: Get more accurate start/end times for highlights -- doesn't affect the content of the highlights, just affects what time is marked on your sequence

• Language: Experimental support for 50+ languages for Highlights

• Better spacing: Highlights are spaced out by 1 min gaps in the final sequence, to better see start and end of highlights (you can click a highlight in the list to select its in/out points for rendering)

• Add captions: Add them automatically as new highlight sequence is created, so you don't have to re-process highlights individually

• Find B-roll: Find it automatically as new highlight sequence is created, so you don't have to re-process highlights individually

• Social media description: Generate suggested titles/descriptions for posting highlights to social media
