Styled captions editing: You can now edit your transcript to check any mistakes before adding styled captions to sequence. You can also click different words in this transcript to go to the corresponding time in the sequence. The transcript result remains open even after you've imported the captions to sequence, so if you want to edit something later, just edit the transcript and click "add styled captions" again.

Styled captions speed: 2 new algorithms to speed up the import -- Rapid (2x faster) and Turbo (much faster, but experimental). The Rapid is just a more efficient version of the Original algorithm. Turbo uses a different technique which is more experimental, so we create a copy of your sequence for this one. If you find that it's affected the other clips in your sequence, you can still use it but you'll need to copy across the captions from the new sequence to your original one.

Chapter markers: These now put your chapter names in the marker comments as well, so when you do File > Export > Markers... you'll see the chapter name too
